This Request for Proposal (RFP) No. 6-S176-Q-00043-00 is issued by UChicago Argonne, LLC for a "BioNanoProbe-II Vacuum Chamber System" to be procured for the U.S. Department of Energy. The RFP solicits firm fixed price proposals from vendors, with submissions due by November 10, 2025 at 3:00 PM CDT to Molly Hunter via email. Proposals must be structured in three parts: Technical Proposal, Business/Management Proposal, and Price Proposal, with specific requirements for each section including details on corporate profile, financial condition, manufacturing country of origin, and pricing information.

The Laboratory will evaluate proposals using a Best Value/Trade-Off methodology, with evaluation criteria focused on Technical Approach, Record of Past Performance, Production Capability and Capacity, and Organizational and Management Approach. Proposals must comply with extensive enclosures including a Statement of Work, Argonne Terms and Conditions, Evaluation Criteria, and various technical standards for vacuum systems design. The RFP emphasizes that submission does not guarantee procurement, and Argonne National Laboratory reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and make awards based on the most advantageous offer.
