About this file
This document is an Enclosure CC to the Global Modeling & Assimilation Support (GLOMAS) solicitation, which provides details on the Government Pricing Model (GPM) for specified non-management direct labor categories, direct labor hours, and position descriptions.
The GPM outlines the required onsite and offsite labor categories, including Mission Support Specialists, Operations Analysts, Scientific Programmers/Analysts, Scientists, Software Engineers, Software Integration and Test Engineers, and Systems Engineers. It specifies the direct labor hours for each category over a 5-year contract period. The document also provides detailed position descriptions for each labor category, including required education, experience, and skills.
This document is intended to support the GLOMAS solicitation (Solicitation Number: 80GSFC24R0036) issued by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Goddard Space Flight Center. The overall GLOMAS effort is a small business set-aside to provide maintenance and development of the Goddard Earth Observing System (GEOS) model and its applications.
