About this file
This document contains instructions from the City of Detroit for completing an Emergency Professional Rate Schedule for demolition and site remediation services. Respondents are required to submit business and contact information along with unit rates for two primary service categories: Demolition (including administration, supervision, labor, equipment, regulated and non-regulated material trucking, and asbestos-containing material and construction debris disposal) and Backfill, Grade, and Site Finalization (including administration, supervision, labor, equipment, and backfill and topfill materials). All highlighted cells in the rate schedule must be completed, and respondents should reference the applicable Scope of Services for clarification on service type definitions.
The City of Detroit requires that all unit rates be submitted as a single mean value per unit of measure without ranges, qualifications, alternate unit types, or blank fields. Incomplete or non-responsive submissions may be rejected if they contain rate ranges, supplementary notes, alternate unit measurements, or missing rate information. The City reserves the right to request clarification on any submitted unit rate within twenty-four hours of inquiry, and completion of the rate schedule does not guarantee acceptance of the proposed rates by the City of Detroit.
