About this file

This document is a question and answer set related to a rebid for the Illinois Secretary of State's (ILSOS) Court of Claims electronic filing management and case management software. ILSOS is seeking bids from vendors that can provide a FedRAMP compliant cloud-based electronic filing management service to facilitate e-filing and case management for court administration purposes. The service must include an online portal for users to file new cases, sort case information, and receive notifications. The bid submission deadline is March 6th at 2:00 pm CST, and ILSOS will not be able to extend the deadline. This is a rebid of the current system, but no data migration will be performed as filings are currently done via paper.

The bid requirements are detailed in the attached IFB document titled "eFile IFB24CC01300" under Bid Number 41620 on the BidBuy website. Pricing terms, set-asides, and funding sources are not addressed in the provided information. The incumbent provider is not specified, and the contract term and renewal options are not detailed.
