About this file

This document is a set of questions and answers regarding an Invitation for Bid (IFB) issued by the Illinois Secretary of State (ILSOS) for an Electronic Filing Management (EFM) and Case Management Software (CMS) system. The IFB seeks vendors to provide an online service portal that facilitates the electronic filing of new court cases, allows users to manage case information, and provides notifications when documents are received or updated. The system must be hosted in a FedRAMP-compliant cloud environment. Key details include: ILSOS expects approximately 15 internal users accessing the system daily, with an unspecified number of external public users filing new cases and documents. Implementation and training can be provided virtually, and no on-site meetings are anticipated.

Regarding pricing, this is a state-funded project, and vendors should propose their own pricing for the requested services. The IFB does not provide a not-to-exceed budget amount. The document does not mention any set-asides, incumbents, or specific funding sources and amounts.
