About this file
This document is a set of questions and answers related to a rebid for an electronic filing manager (EFM) service to facilitate e-Filing and case management for the Illinois Secretary of State (ILSOS) Court of Claims. The ILSOS is seeking bids from vendors that can provide a FedRAMP cloud-based, online service portal to manage the electronic filing of new cases, allow users to identify and sort case-specific information, and provide notifications to users when e-filed documents are received or updated. The current system is legacy paper-based, with no data migration required. The ILSOS has 58 internal and external users that will require access to the new system.
The contract opportunity requires bidders to provide pricing information, as the ILSOS currently charges a filing fee for certain claims. The ILSOS is not replacing an existing electronic solution, and the new system will be a cloud-based, online service portal that facilitates the electronic filing of new cases and case management for court administration purposes.
