c. If not, which requirements does your proposed solution not meet?

d. Does your SAI solution meet the minimum Technology and Manufacturing Readiness Levels as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS)?

e. If not, please provide a description of the technology and manufacturing maturity of the proposed solution.

2. Operational Capability Demonstration

a. If you are asked to participate, where would you like to conduct an Operational Capability Demonstration of your proposed solution?

b. If the Operational Capability Demonstration is restricted to a domestic US location, where would you like to conduct it?

c. Is 3 days on site an appropriate amount of time to conduct the demonstration?

d. Can a demonstration of your proposed solution be conducted in less than 3 days?

f. If so, could you provide an overview or description?

3. Implementation

a. What is an estimated delivery timeline for your solution from receipt of order through on-site Service Acceptance Test?

b. Upon receipt of direction, how long will it take you to conduct a site survey of an airport and then submit a site design?

c. After conducting a site survey, submitting a site design, receiving agreement with the design and a corresponding order, how long will it take to install a solution at an airport? If more specificity is required, please answer for BNA.

d. Are there any processes which can be implemented to expedite the timeframes addressed in questions a, b and c above?

e. Are there corresponding increased costs and if so, how great will these cost increases be?

f. What Government Furnished information (GFI) is required to facilitate installation activities?

4. Proposed Solution

a. What is the current process you use to manage ongoing modifications to the service baseline (i.e., release cycle, requalification)?

b. Does your proposed solution have an inherent performance monitoring capability that verifies the system performance on a continuous basis?

c. Does your proposed solution comply with the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Special Publication (SP) 800-53 Rev. 5, Security and Privacy Controls for Federal Information Systems and Organizations?
