About this file

This is a Register of Wage Determinations under the Service Contract Act issued by the U.S. Department of Labor Employment Standards Administration Wage and Hour Division. The document establishes prevailing wage rates for service employees in Colorado counties including Adams, Arapahoe, Broomfield, Clear Creek, Denver, Douglas, Elbert, Gilpin, Jefferson, and Park.

The wage determination (No. 2015-5419, Revision 32, effective 5/13/2026) provides hourly rates for over 200 occupational classifications ranging from administrative and clerical positions to technical, medical, protective service, and skilled trades occupations. Rates vary significantly by job classification, from $16.28 per hour for Waiter/Waitress to $53.17 per hour for Registered Nurse IV. All occupations listed receive fringe benefits of either $5.55 per hour (up to 40 hours weekly or $222.00 per week) or $5.89 per hour (up to 40 hours weekly or $235.60 per week) depending on the classification. The determination includes provisions for paid vacation (2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 15 years), eleven paid holidays annually, night differential and Sunday premium pay for applicable positions, hazardous duty pay differentials of 4% or 8% for specified occupations, and uniform allowance provisions. Computer professional and certain technical occupations have specific footnoted exemptions. The document applies to all Service Contract Act-covered federal contracts awarded on or after the revision date unless otherwise indicated.
