About this file

This is an addendum containing additional instructions for AVH Project #DCP-2402, issued by AVH Technology Partners. The document outlines five key requirements: vendors must provide an equipment procurement status report within 10 days of purchase order receipt with weekly updates thereafter, maintain representation at weekly owners' meetings throughout the project duration, respond to the RFP within two weeks of its posting on Comm Buys website, and complete the project according to specified timelines.

The pricing terms stipulate that all equipment and labor pricing must remain fixed for 120 days after the contract's effective date. Additionally, vendors must provide a separate Service Level Agreement that includes both a full-time on-site technician and a standard one-year agreement, with pricing for both service level agreements remaining unchanged for two years. The specific Service Level Agreement requirements are detailed in a separate addendum document.
