About this file

This document is an Antiterrorism Awareness pamphlet for contractors working at Dover Air Force Base (DAFB), designed to educate contractors about their role in base security and terrorism prevention. The pamphlet provides detailed guidance on recognizing and reporting suspicious activities, including specific indicators such as unusual surveillance, elicitation attempts, security tests, unauthorized supply acquisitions, and out-of-place personnel. It outlines five Force Protection Conditions (FPCON) levels ranging from Normal to Delta, explaining the increasing security measures and threat levels associated with each stage.

The document emphasizes contractors' responsibility as "Force Multipliers" by encouraging vigilance and immediate reporting of suspicious activities to the 436th Security Forces Squadron at (302) 677-6666. Key reporting instructions include providing personal and company information, precise location details, and maintaining position until security personnel arrive. The pamphlet defines terrorism, discusses potential victim scenarios, and provides emergency contact numbers for both landline and cell phone users on the base, with the overall goal of enhancing base security and preventing potential terrorist activities.
