About this file

The file is a Quality Assurance (QA) Matrix template for the Antarctic Science and Engineering Support Contract solicitation. The matrix provides a structured format for potential bidders to submit questions or comments about the Request for Proposal (RFP), with specific instructions for completing the document. Key instructions include: submitting only one question per row, using a zero for general comments, marking proprietary information clearly, and emailing the completed matrix to recompete.usap@nsf.gov. The template allows respondents to note the RFP document section, subsection, page, line number, and impact level for each question, enabling a systematic approach to seeking clarification on the solicitation details.
