About this file
This is an attachment document defining roles and responsibilities for the AN/TMQ-53 Tactical Meteorological Observing System (TMOS) Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) solicitation. The document serves as an appendix specifying organizational structure and functional duties rather than detailing specific products or services, pricing, or response requirements. As a roles and responsibilities attachment, it functions as a supporting reference document that outlines how contractor personnel and government stakeholders will be organized and what functions each party will perform throughout the contract period. The actual substantive requirements regarding the scope of CLS services, performance metrics, technical support, helpdesk operations, spare parts management, program management, and systems engineering are addressed in other sections of the RFP (FA2330-26-R-B006), while this attachment specifically establishes the organizational framework and delineates accountability for executing those requirements across both contractor and Air Force resources.

Instructions: Please clarify the roles and responsibilities of each team member’s participation in your proposal for the TMOS CLS solicitation FA2330-26-R-B0006 by typing the name of each participating company in the appropriate column in the table above. Then indicate, by percentage of total contract dollar value, how much each team member will contribute towards each section. The total effort for each section must total 100%. For the overall effort column, this would be for the total contract effort, with the applicable percentages for the contractor and subcontractors. Contractors not participating in a particular section will not be evaluated for that section. Also include the Business Size, Cage Code, and DUNS Number for each as per the headings in the table. See example below.
