About this file

This is a memorandum issued by the City of Sun Prairie Police Department in Wisconsin regarding RFP #18-PD10 for crossing guard services. The memorandum, dated March 8, 2018, serves as a correction to the original RFP published on March 5, 2018. The document clarifies that proposals for crossing guard services are being solicited from qualified vendors. The corrected proposal due date is April 13, 2018, as indicated in section B of the RFP, superseding the incorrect March 30, 2018 date that appeared on the original cover page.

The memorandum provides essential contact information corrections for potential proposers submitting proposals. The correct email address for Assistant Chief of Police Brian Teasdale is bteasdale@cityofsunprairie.com, replacing the previously published email address bteasdale@cityofsunpriarie.com, which contained a typographical error. This correction ensures that proposers can communicate directly with the designated contact for the solicitation.

RE: RFP #18-PD10 – Crossing Guard Services

The original RFP #18-PD10 that was published on March 5, 2018 contained the following two errors:

1. The due date listed on the RFP cover page was identified March 30, 2018. This date should be April 13, 2018. The dates indicated on page 3 in section B are correct.

2. The contact information on page 4, section D identifies an email address of bteasdale@cityofsunpriarie.com. This should be changed to bteasdale@cityofsunprairie.com.
