About this file
The document is a Contractor Staffing Access Questionnaire from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) used to identify access needs for potential contractor employees. The form requires contractors to provide detailed information about their anticipated workforce, including the estimated number of employees, labor categories, position titles, and specific access requirements such as routine facility access (more than one day per week for over 180 days), computer system/network access, and access to FAA Sensitive Unclassified Information (SUI). The questionnaire is designed to help the FAA determine appropriate investigation requirements and badging needs in the event of contract award, with space provided to detail up to three labor categories and their associated access requirements.
