About this file
This document is a comprehensive listing of contract clauses for services incorporated into a federal contract. The clauses are presented in two formats: those incorporated by reference (citing FAR clause numbers and dates) and those incorporated by full text.
The contract includes standard federal acquisition clauses addressing inspection of services, stop-work orders, government delays, labor standards compliance (including service contract labor standards, minimum wages under Executive Order 14026, and paid sick leave requirements), payment procedures, dispute resolution, termination rights, and government property management. Notable inclusions address anti-kickback procedures, prohibitions on contracting with Kaspersky Lab and certain telecommunications vendors, Buy American compliance, and restrictions on racially discriminatory diversity and inclusion activities (52.222-90). Payment-related clauses require electronic submission through the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) with specific designated officials for receiving payment requests and electronic funds transfer information. The contract incorporates delivery schedule requirements with specified timing windows, quantity variation allowances, and provisions for warranty of services with correction or reperformance obligations at contractor expense. Additional clauses address government property provided in "as-is, where is" condition with contractor responsibility for replacement costs, continuity of services, value engineering, and reporting requirements for U.S.-flag air carriers regarding human trafficking prevention training. The document specifies that clauses incorporate FAR definitions effective at solicitation issuance unless otherwise noted, with full text available upon request from the Contracting Officer.
