About this file

This is a Sources Sought document with Questions and Answers for a Compliance Automation requirement. The document addresses inquiries from potential contractors regarding key technical and operational parameters for this new federal initiative supporting the Department of the Army (DOW).

The government clarified that this is a brand-new endeavor with no incumbent contractor or existing systems currently in place. Regarding security compliance, both FedRAMP Moderate and FedRAMP High certifications may be utilized depending on the specific build requirements. The government indicated openness to various platform options and stated that no predetermined system architecture exists, though certain systematic interfaces may be beneficial as part of the proposed solution. The requirement does not mandate integration with Platform One or Cloud One as part of the DODNet Migration, and there is no existing EMS system or overlying systems to consider in the solution design.
