About this file

This is a Common Carrier Attestation document related to Pinellas County, Florida's Fiscal Year 2027 Pavement Preservation Package 4 project. The attestation form requires bidders to certify their status as a common carrier or non-common carrier entity. The document serves as a compliance verification mechanism for contractors seeking to participate in the county's pavement preservation initiative, which encompasses five paving locations totaling approximately 34.81 lane miles of roadway consisting of one arterial project and four local neighborhood projects. Bidders must complete and submit this attestation as part of their bid package to confirm their classification status and eligibility to perform work on the pavement preservation contract.

The Common Carrier Attestation establishes a formal declaration requirement whereby prospective contractors attest to their operational status and authority to perform work within Pinellas County's jurisdiction. The attestation form dated February 5, 2025, must be completed accurately and submitted with bid documentation to maintain compliance with county procurement regulations and contract award procedures.
