About this file

This document is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (RFQ) for improvements to a low frequency antenna (LFA) installation at Vandenberg Space Force Base in California. The solicitation (FA822225QB013) is a small business set-aside for a local California vendor to install and improve the H-915A LFA near Building 441, which supports frequency management for government and commercial launches. The requirement involves a single lot with two contract line items: the antenna installation and an associated technical drawing.

The solicitation requires mandatory attendance at a site visit on 26 March 2025 and will use a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation approach. Offers are due by 07 April 2025 at 1700 MDT, submitted electronically to specified Air Force contacts. The period of performance is no later than 21 calendar days after receipt of order, with CDRL deliverables due five business days after installation. Vendors must be registered in SAM.gov, have a current SPRS NIST 800-171 DoD Assessment, and will be evaluated on price and technical capability. Only one firm fixed-price contract will be awarded.
