Combined Synopsis Solicitation:

Demolition of Bldg 85

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation;

submissions are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

(i) The Solicitation Number is: FA4419-24-Q-0053

(ii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the following:

Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC): 2024-05 22-Apr-24

DFARS Publication Notice (DPN): 2024/5/03 30-May-24

Air Force Federal Acquisition Circular (AFAC): 2024-0612 12-Jun-24

(iv) Please see attached Pricing Schedule for a list of contract line item number(s) and items, quantities and units of measure, (including option(s), if applicable).

(v) Description of the Requirement:

Basic scope is demolition of Bldg 85, pavements, or other facilities associated with the said building.

This will include hauling away and disposal of debris generated by the demolition.

After demolition and hauling is complete, the Contractor will grade the area and plant and establish ground cover using seed, sprigging, or sodding.

Overall intent of the demolition will be to remove the subject structure and establish open land with grass or other ground cover growing on it at the end of the work for each task order.

(vii) FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items is hereby incorporated by reference, with the same force and effect as if it were given in full text. In addition to any addendum provided via attachment to this Solicitation, all terms and conditions of FAR 52.212-1 remain in effect.

(viii) Each offeror shall ensure the provision at FAR 52.212-3 including its Alternate I, Vendors Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items are updated at www.sam.gov. Failure to obtain SAM registration MAY result in submissions not being considered for award.
