Easement Granted to Moore - Deed_375_1319.pdf
Hi Casey, We need an additional title search for the Keyser-Nicosia acquisition. There is an existing easement ORB 375 PG 1319 which was originally granted to a previous owner, Mr. Moore, the landowners do not utilize that easement for anything and have agreed to have it released at the State’s request.
Our legal counsel would like to verify that ORB 375 PG 1319 is still a valid easement, and confirm who Mr. Moore’s successor in interest is, so that we can confirm who has the right to release it. I have attached a map of the property with the easement in question shown as the pink line, as well as a copy of ORB 375 page 1319.
Please let me know if you need any additional information.
Thank you!
