About this file
Amendment No. 11 is a six-month contract extension to Contract No. HW553 between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) and WSP USA Inc., located at One Penn Plaza, New York, New York 10119. The amendment extends the contract period from June 9, 2021, through December 8, 2021, continuing the waste cleanup program services originally effective since December 7, 2010. The contractor, formerly known as Ecology and Environment, Inc., became WSP USA Inc. following an acquisition effective September 1, 2020.
The contract encompasses waste cleanup program services delivered through four service categories: Waste Site Cleanup, Site Investigation, Brownfields, and CERCLA Site Screening. The amendment updates contract management personnel and coordination contacts for both FDEP and the contractor across each service area. Additionally, Amendment No. 11 reinforces employment eligibility verification requirements, mandating that the contractor utilize the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's E-Verify system for all employees and subcontractors, with subcontractors required to provide affidavits confirming no employment of unauthorized aliens. All other terms and conditions of the original contract remain in effect, with this amendment's provisions controlling in case of any inconsistencies.
