About this file

This document is a pre-solicitation request for information (RFI) from the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) regarding Screening Equipment Deployment Services (SEDS) for Checked Baggage. The TSA is seeking industry input on requirements for installation, deployment, and planning services for TSA security technology equipment at U.S. airports and other TSA locations. The information gathered through this RFI will be used to develop a future Request for Proposal (RFP). The RFI does not constitute a solicitation, and the TSA does not intend to provide responses to submissions or pay for any expenses related to this RFI. Failure to respond will not preclude participation in any future solicitation.
