About this file
This is a Certificate of Non-Collusion form required by Jones County School System for suppliers responding to solicitations. The form establishes the terms and conditions that suppliers must acknowledge and agree to when submitting a response. Key requirements include confirmation that the response complies with all stated specifications and requirements of the solicitation, that delivered goods and/or services will meet or exceed those specifications, and that the response remains valid and open for one hundred and twenty (120) days from the final solicitation closing date, or such other period as identified in the solicitation. The form must be completed in its entirety with the contractor's full legal name, authorized signature, printed name and title of the signing person, date, company address, facsimile number, and email address.
The form explicitly requires suppliers to certify that their response is made without prior understanding, agreement, or connection with any other corporation, firm, or person submitting a response for the same materials, supplies, equipment, or services, and that the response is fair and without collusion or fraud. Suppliers must acknowledge that collusive bidding violates state and federal law and can result in fines, prison sentences, and civil damage awards. Additionally, suppliers must certify compliance with the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, Sections 45-10-20 et seq. The form cannot be modified in any way and must be signed and submitted with all responses.
