About this file
This document contains a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for a Technical Data Package Review Report required under a federal contract. The contractor must provide the report no later than 60 days after contract award to review and ensure the technical data package documentation is adequate for production of MJU-75/B countermeasure flares. The report is required to be submitted through the Wide Area Workflow system in Microsoft Office or PDF format. The CDRL specifies distribution restrictions and instructions for destroying the document. The related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation from the Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center to procure MJU-75/B countermeasure flares, which require a first article test and engineering source approval to maintain quality. Foreign participation is not permitted at the prime contractor level.
