About this file

This Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) requires the contractor to host a post-award meeting within 30 days of contract award and submit meeting minutes within 30 days of the meeting. The meeting must include key personnel from contracting, management, and technical/quality and discuss contract terms, conditions, requirements, line items, and events needed for successful execution. The CDRL also requires the contractor to provide MJU-75/B countermeasure flares under Solicitation FA8213-21-R-3034, with a first article test and engineering source approval by the design control activity required. The flares must comprise an aluminum case, safe and initiation device, ignition pellet, and main energetic grain. The solicitation is open to all responsible sources but prohibits foreign participation at the prime contractor level. The Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center at Hill Air Force Base is the contracting agency.
