About this file
This Categorical Exclusion Form documents a proposed pavement and culvert improvement project on Route 63 through Iroquois National Wildlife Refuge in New York. The project involves asphalt overlay, guardrail replacement, box/pipe culvert replacement, and other miscellaneous work along approximately 3 miles of the roadway. Required environmental reviews and consultations have been completed under relevant statutes including NEPA, ESA, NHPA, and EO 11990 and 11988. The form recommends categorical exclusion of the project from further NEPA analysis and determines that unusual circumstances do not apply.
The related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation for roadway improvements to NYS Route 63 issued by the Federal Highway Administration. No other details are provided regarding required products or services, response dates, pricing terms, set asides or other salient information.
