About this file

This is a Civil Rights Laws Attachment document applicable to the California state procurement for CAL FIRE's CZU Flashover Simulator project in Felton, California. The attachment establishes mandatory compliance requirements for all bidders participating in this Invitation to Bid (IFB 1PA6V92126), ensuring adherence to applicable California civil rights statutes and regulations throughout the bidding process and contract performance period.

The document outlines bidders' obligations to comply with state and federal civil rights laws, including prohibitions against discrimination based on protected characteristics in employment, contracting, and service delivery. Bidders must certify their compliance with these requirements as a condition of bid responsiveness and contract award. The attachment serves as a binding commitment that selected contractors will maintain compliance throughout the contract term, including any renewal options, and may include provisions for monitoring, reporting, and enforcement mechanisms to verify ongoing adherence to civil rights standards.
