Performance and Payment Bonds at 100 percent are required and due within 10 calendar days after award using Standard Forms 25 and 25A respectively. The contractor must begin performance within 10 calendar days of receiving the notice to proceed and complete work within 60 calendar days thereafter. An organized site visit is scheduled for October 20, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Mountain Daylight Time at all three facility locations. Offerors must hold prices firm for 60 calendar days from the offer due date. Questions are due by October 22, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time.
