Hardscape care requires removal of grass clippings, debris, and weeds from walkways, patio areas, and HVAC areas within one week, with 85% performance standards for both quality and monitoring. Debris removal requires disposal of excessive grass clippings and removed weeds off-site upon completion and weekly pickup of woody debris 3/8" or larger, with 90% acceptable quality and 85% monitoring standards. All work must be performed during non-business hours (outside Monday-Friday, 6:00am-5:00pm), and any chemical products require prior approval from the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) with submission of safety data sheets and applicable licensing certifications such as Commercial Pesticide Applicator licenses.
