About this file

This is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for a Validation Plan associated with the Chemically Protected Deployable Medical System (CP DEPMEDS) Technical Manual (TM) rewrite. The document specifies that the contractor shall deliver the Validation Plan no later than 30 days prior to the start of Validation, with the Government reviewing the plan and providing comments within 14 days. The Validation will ensure technical adequacy, accuracy, safety, and compliance of the CP DEPMEDS Technical Manual, which is being updated to reflect changes in equipment configuration, maintenance philosophy, and component replacements. The plan requires validation of 100% of the Technical Manual, including Front General Information, Troubleshooting, Maintenance, and other key sections, with specific tasks such as reviewing maintenance levels, confirming nomenclature consistency, and ensuring proper cross-referencing of work packages.
