All pricing remains firm for ninety days from the opening date. Contractors must hold a Division of State Fire Marshal Fire Equipment Dealer License and a Class "A" Facility License for hydrostatic testing, both valid throughout the contract term. Service response times are three business days for non-emergency requests and twenty-four hours for emergencies. Contractors must maintain General Liability Insurance and Auto Liability Insurance each with a $1,000,000 combined single limit and Workers' Compensation insurance as required by law. Brevard County is exempt from Federal excise taxes and sales taxes and reserves the right to reject any and all bids or cancel the contract upon due cause.
