About this file

This document is a bid amendment for a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the New Jersey Department of the Treasury, Division of Purchase and Property for Waterway Debris Assessment Services for Disasters, Bid Solicitation #17DPP00058 (T3004). The RFP is a revised template and vendors are advised to read each section thoroughly. Key details include an extended electronic question due date of October 4, 2017, and a revised proposal submission due date of November 8, 2017. The RFP is for providing waterway debris assessment services for disasters in the jurisdictions of Mercer County and Trenton City, New Jersey.

The document also provides answers to previously submitted questions, including confirmation that a performance bond is required and that a conflict of interest would exist if a vendor awarded this contract also performed similar non-waterway debris removal services. Vendors are advised to be knowledgeable of all addenda related to this RFP, as well as the revised New Jersey Standard Terms and Conditions.
