There are no post hours associated with this requirement. This requirement is for administrative support services.

Can you tell me if this is a new contract or an existing one? If it is an existing contract, can you tell me who the current contractor is and what the current annual contract value is?
This is a new contract.

No, attending the site visit is not a requirement.

I’m inquiring about the hours of the post orders for the RFP (BEP-RFP-13-0232). If possible can you give me an estimate of those total hours.
There are no post hours associated with this requirement. This requirement is for administrative support services.

Is the Hubzone Certification and office location required to be in the DFW area? Do you require the bid from a Texas office?
There is no requirement to be located in the DFW area. Offeror's from all over are encouraged to submit a proposal.

Our firm has applied for Hubzone Certification and we are awaiting their response. Can we still bid without receiving our official Certificate?
Yes, you may still bid without receiving an official certificate. However, proof of HUBZONE status must be submitted prior to contract award.

Is it possible to ask for a delay in the due date of the RFP Submittal?
No extensions will be provided.

To perform security services(guard, access control, monitoring) in the State of Texas, Chapter 1702 of Texas occupational code requires companies to get licensed as a security company, will offering company be required to be license by the State of Texas Private Security Bureau to perform services at the Federal BEP facility for this Solicitation?
This requirement is not for security guard services therefore, no licensing as a security company is not required.
