About this file
This Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) from the Defense Logistics Agency seeks research and development proposals for its Emergent IV program. The BAA will remain open for five years with a $50 million ceiling and focuses on advancing science and technology in areas including advanced manufacturing, emerging technologies to enhance logistical data, human-machine teaming for warehouses, and graphite-based solutions for PFAS contamination. Interested parties should first submit a white paper summarizing a proposed project within one of the topic areas listed in Attachment B. Projects of interest may then be invited to provide a technical and cost proposal. The BAA is amended periodically to modify, add or remove areas of focus.
