About this file

This document summarizes an amendment to a Broad Agency Announcement solicitation from the Defense Logistics Agency seeking research and development proposals. The amendment makes several changes to the areas of interest, including renaming an area focused on human-machine teaming for disposition warehouse management. It also removes an area focused on flake graphite solutions and adds a new area focused on human-machine teaming for document services management. The ceiling for proposals under this five-year open solicitation is $50 million. Interested parties may submit initial white papers outlining projects related to the areas of interest identified in the attachment, and the agency may request full proposals for papers deemed sufficiently promising.
