SUBCONTRACT LIST

Design/Build Replacement Catwalk and All Associated Appurtenances.

United States Fish and Wildlife Service Little White Salmon National Fish Hatchery (NFH) – Cook, Washington

INSTRUCTIONS: Submit each proposed subcontractor on a SF 1413 (Statement and Acknowledgement) in accordance with Paragraph (d)(1) of FAR Clause 52.222-11. SF 1413s need to be submitted within 14 days if awarded the contract. At time of bid submission, input proposed subcontractor(s) using the below table. There shall be no deviation from subcontractors submitted at time of bid submission and subcontractors awarded subcontracts after Contract Award.
