About this file

This is an Installed Equipment Contract specification document that details the equipment and materials to be installed under Contract No. N00253-26-SIMACQ-KPT-102-0012 for Building 1051 at Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division, Keyport. The document provides a template and example entries for documenting equipment installations, removals, and associated costs. The template requires contractors to identify each installed asset by building number, room number, quantity, unit of measure, and total installation cost (including labor and material for both removal of old equipment and installation of new equipment). Each asset entry must include supplier/vendor information (name, address, email, phone), manufacturer details (name, model number, serial number), warranty expiration dates, and the asset number of any removed equipment.

The example provided includes specific installations such as two Breathing Air Filters (Atlas Copco model FTX345BU) in Building 5094, Room 101, each costing $2,400.00 with a warranty expiration date of 3/12/21, and carpet installation (300 square feet of Mohawk carpet) in Building 5094, Rooms 116-118, costing $4,200.00 with a warranty expiration date of 3/21/19. The document emphasizes that when installing assets with a unit of issue of "EACH," separate line items must be created for each individual asset, and that the government's Facilities Management Systems (FMS) will assign new asset numbers upon receipt of the contractor's completed spreadsheet rather than the contractor assigning them.
