About this file

This is a federal certification form required for solicitation W912PF27QA003, specifically Attachment 4, which addresses Trafficking in Persons (CTiP) compliance.

The form requires offerors to certify compliance with FAR 52.222-56(c) regarding trafficking in persons. Offerors must confirm they have implemented a comprehensive compliance plan designed to prevent prohibited trafficking activities as defined in FAR 52.222-50, including monitoring mechanisms and procedures to detect and terminate contracts with non-compliant subcontractors. Additionally, offerors must certify that, based on conducted due diligence, neither they nor their proposed agents, subcontractors, or agents are engaged in prohibited trafficking activities. Alternatively, if abuses have been identified, offerors must demonstrate they have undertaken appropriate remedial and referral actions. The form requires completion with date, typed name, and authorized signature. This is a standard template certification that does not address specific products, services, pricing, or award details but rather serves as a compliance attestation document required as part of the solicitation response.
