About this file
This document is a Preventive Maintenance Contractor Schedule for an Incinerator Complex covering the full calendar year, divided into bi-weekly periods for each month.
The schedule specifies preventive maintenance tasks for 19 major equipment items at the facility, including multiple air compressors (Atlas Copco stationary, Ingersoll-Rand T-20, T-30, and standard models), shredders (Saturn, SSI Rotary Shear, PII Paper, Komar, and Shred Pax systems), balers (DeHart), crushers (Marathon Drum), compactors (Komar Auger), heat pumps and air conditioning units (Bard and Liebert Minimate 2), and electrical infrastructure (dry type transformers, motor control centers, and switchboards). Maintenance frequencies range from bi-weekly lubrication and inspection tasks to monthly fluid and filter checks, quarterly bolt torque verification and alignment checks, semi-annual electrical inspections, and annual component replacements and fluid changes. Specific tasks include bearing lubrication via alemite fittings, gearbox oil level checks, hydraulic reservoir monitoring, belt and conveyor inspection, cutter blade sharpening, hose deterioration assessment, and electrical connection verification. Tasks requiring certified electricians are segregated and performed semi-annually on transformers and motor control centers. The schedule indicates LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) requirements for certain maintenance activities and references manufacturer operation and maintenance manuals for specific torque values and procedures.
