About this file
This is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) form, specifically CDRL A007, that outlines the requirements for filling ad hoc panelist vacancies for the Third Party Science Neutral (TPSN) and Independent Science Advisory Panel (ISAP) contract with the Morris K. Udall Foundation.
The CDRL requires the contractor to provide a proposed list of panelists for each vacant position to MRRIC (Missouri River Recovery Implementation Committee). MRRIC members, Lead Agencies, and the National Center will review and provide input on proposed panelists, though the contractor makes the final decision on panelist selection representing needed disciplines. The TPSN must select final panel members considering received input and using criteria from the "ISAP Engagement Strategy." Submissions are required "as necessary" and distribution is to the Technical Monitor (TM) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) via email. The form indicates an estimated 110-hour burden for completion and is marked as Controlled Unclassified Information (PII) with a revision date of December 2024.
