About this file

This is a price proposal bid schedule template for janitorial services at Fort Sumter Visitor Education Center at Liberty Square Terminal in Charleston, South Carolina, under solicitation 140P5126R0005 managed by the Department of the Interior National Park Service Southeast Region (PMIS 313856).

The bid schedule requires offerors to submit pricing across four cost sections covering a base year plus four option years: Section 1 addresses labor costs for an on-site supervisor/lead janitor and up to five janitorial staff positions, with pricing calculated on estimated annual hours; Section 2 covers supplies and materials including cleaning chemicals, paper products, soap, hand sanitizer, trash bags, cleaning tools, personal protective equipment, and miscellaneous supplies, all submitted as annual lump-sum costs; Section 3 addresses periodic yearly tasks including carpet steam cleaning (two events annually in exhibit and office areas), tile floor strip and wax operations (two annual events), AC grill cleaning (one annual event), and window cleaning tasks (one annual event each for restroom windows and commissioner's office arched windows); and Section 4 captures other direct costs such as transportation, uniforms, training, certifications, and insurance. The template includes an optional escalation tab allowing offerors to propose different unit prices for option years if desired. Offerors must complete all bidder information fields, enter unit prices only in designated blue cells, and provide certification by an authorized signatory. The schedule auto-calculates option year totals based on base year unit prices unless escalation is proposed. Submissions must be provided as a live Excel (.xlsx) file, not converted to PDF, along with the technical proposal.
