About this file
This document is a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) for the ANTI/MONO FY25 Landscape Maintenance contract. The plan details the government's inspection and performance monitoring process for landscape maintenance services, with a 100% acceptable quality level (AQL) across multiple service requirements. Key performance standards include maintaining turf height between 3" and 6", ensuring uniform turf appearance, performing maintenance only during favorable weather conditions, and removing litter and debris before service.
The QASP outlines strict compliance measures with significant financial implications for the contractor. For each performance deficiency, the contractor must correct issues within 2 days of written notification, with 10% of payments withheld until compliance is achieved. Additional requirements include submitting various plans within 14 days post-award (such as safety, quality control, and operations plans), maintaining equipment in safe condition, and adhering to employee conduct standards. Failure to meet these standards can result in work stoppage, payment withholding, or employee dismissal from the job site.
