About this file
This document is a Register of Wage Determinations under the Service Contract Act issued by the U.S. Department of Labor, Employment Standards Administration, Wage and Hour Division, dated December 3, 2025 (Wage Determination No. 2015-5629, Revision 28).
The wage determination applies to federal service contracts in California Counties of Riverside and San Bernardino. It establishes prevailing wage rates and fringe benefits for approximately 200 occupation classifications across nine major occupational categories: Administrative Support and Clerical; Automotive Service; Food Preparation and Service; Furniture Maintenance and Repair; General Services and Support; Health; Information and Arts; Information Technology; Instructional Occupations; Laundry, Dry-Cleaning, Pressing and Related; Machine Tool Operation and Repair; Materials Handling and Packing; Mechanics and Maintenance; Personal Needs; Plant and System Operations; Protective Service; Recreation; Stevedoring/Longshoremen; and Technical. Wage rates range from $14.93 per hour (Taxi Driver) to $64.85 per hour (Nuclear Medicine Technologist). All occupations receive fringe benefits of $5.55 per hour (standard) or $5.09 per hour (Executive Order 13706 rate) for health and welfare, plus paid vacation accruing at 2-4 weeks depending on tenure, and a minimum of eleven paid holidays annually. Special provisions apply to computer professionals, air traffic controllers, weather observers, hazardous duty work (4-8 percent differentials), and uniform allowances. Contractors must use Standard Form 1444 to request authorization for unlisted occupations not appearing in the wage determination.
