About this file
This is a Related Experience Form template that all offerors must complete and submit to be considered for award in response to the Kansas FY27 Mass Solicitation for Custodial Services (Solicitation W912DQ27QA001). The form requires contractors to document their complete contracting background and experience directly relevant to custodial and janitorial services, as defined in the Performance Work Statement. Offerors must submit a minimum of one experience form and a maximum of three forms, with each form detailing a specific contract or project including the agency or firm for whom work was performed, the on-site contact person and telephone number, start and end dates, and a detailed description of duties and work performed. The form also requires inclusion of any relevant training that would enhance performance of the specified work.
This solicitation is a mass RFQ issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Kansas City District for custodial services at ten separate U.S. Army Corps of Engineers lake projects across Kansas, with each package potentially resulting in a separate contract award. The work is designated as a 100% Small Business Set-aside under NAICS code 561720 (Janitorial Services) with a $22.0 Million business size standard. Quotes are due in PDF format via email to cade.s.zelinsky@usace.army.mil and must remain valid for at least 90 days from the submission deadline. The ten packages cover custodial positions at various lake facilities including Melvern, Pomona, Wilson, Perry, and Milford Lakes.
