The addendum clarifies multiple bidder questions and provides specific details for the procurement, with the bid opening scheduled for Monday, January 27, 2025 at 10:00 AM. The contract term is five years, with prices held firm for the first 12 months and the option to negotiate revised pricing annually within 90 days of the contract anniversary.

The addendum provides detailed specifications for materials, equipment, and labor pricing, confirming that unit prices on the Price Sheet should be fully loaded to include shipping, delivery costs, taxes, markups, travel time, and other associated expenses. Key technical clarifications include specifications for pipe perforations (0.5-inch diameter holes, four holes per row, staggered 45 degrees), corrugated pipes (Soil-Tight N-12 by ADS), stone type (granite), and wellhead configurations (vertical). The document also notes that "Attachment B – FEMA BYRD Contract Provisions" will be added to VendorLink and become part of the Bidders Checklist.
