About this file
This document is an award posting from the Massachusetts Department of Housing & Community Development (DHCD) for the Economic Prosperity Services Pre-Qualification RFQ DHCD 2018-02. DHCD has pre-qualified 26 service providers to offer employment & career development, financial capability, education & training, and evaluation services for future DHCD programming. Being added to the vetted service provider list does not guarantee funding, but DHCD will follow up with selected providers to finalize contracting. The RFQ is rolling, so DHCD continues to accept applications.
The pre-qualified providers include a diverse range of non-profit organizations, consulting firms, and workforce development agencies located across Massachusetts. DHCD did not provide details on pricing, set asides, funding sources or amounts, or contract term lengths in this award posting. The document indicates this pre-qualification will enable DHCD to quickly engage service providers for future programming needs, though specifics on upcoming opportunities were not included.
