About this file
This document is a Concession Program Award Limitations report for the Orlando International Airport, prepared by the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority in February 2025. The report details the allocation of food, beverage, and retail concession spaces across three primary phases and future development areas, totaling 201,474 square feet across 17 packages. The concession program is structured to distribute opportunities among multiple vendors, with specific limitations on the percentage of total program square footage any single proposer can be awarded (no more than 20% of food and beverage and 25% of retail spaces).
The document outlines the awarded proposers for each package, including companies like OTG Concessions Management, LLC, Areas MCO 2 JV, LLC, and The Marshall Retail Group, LLC. The Aviation Authority has reserved the right to re-evaluate the limitation policy to maintain market competitiveness, ensure quality service, attract quality proposers, and secure adequate financial returns. The program includes various retail categories such as theme retail, duty-free, experiential and advertising exhibit spaces, and retail merchandising units, with future phases subject to Aviation Authority Board approval.
