Attmt 6 FY26 USAFE-AFAFRICA Family Days.pdf

This document is a reference table displaying the relationship between designated family days and their associated US federal holidays for 2025-2026.

The table lists nine family day observations with their corresponding federal holidays. Family days are scheduled on various dates (ranging from November 2025 through September 2026) and are aligned with federal holidays that fall on different days of the week. For example, November 10, 2025 (Monday) is designated as a family day for Veterans Day, which is officially observed on November 11, 2025 (Tuesday). Similarly, November 28, 2025 (Friday) serves as the family day for Thanksgiving Day on November 27, 2025 (Thursday). The table includes major federal holidays such as Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Birthday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth National Independence Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day. Several entries are marked with asterisks, indicating notes or special observance provisions, though the specific meanings of these notations are not detailed in the document.
