About this file

This is a Contract Affidavit from the State of Maryland related to COVID PCR Testing services at Spring Grove Hospital Center, dated August 2026. The affidavit serves as a formal legal document affirming the validity and compliance of the contract agreement. The document establishes the contractual relationship between the state and the selected vendor for providing PCR testing services at the specified healthcare facility. While specific operational details such as testing volume requirements, service delivery schedules, or performance metrics are not detailed in the affidavit itself, the document confirms the existence of a binding agreement for COVID-related diagnostic testing services scheduled for 2026.

The affidavit functions as a certification of contract execution and compliance with applicable state procurement regulations and requirements. As an official attestation document, it validates that all necessary procedural steps have been completed and that the contract has been properly authorized by appropriate state officials. The document does not specify pricing terms, funding amounts, or renewal provisions, as these would be contained in the primary contract agreement that the affidavit supports and authenticates.
