About this file

This document is an Attachment R2 - Bidder Response Form related to Request for Response (RFR) 2205 issued by the Massachusetts State Lottery Commission (MSLC) for Bet Slips and Thermal Paper. The RFR seeks proposals from companies able to provide bet slips and/or thermal paper for use with MSLC's lottery betting terminals. Bidders must complete the mandatory response form to confirm adherence to the requirements across various technical specifications including paper, printing, packaging, delivery, and warehouse management. Bidders are also required to submit physical samples of the thermal roll ticket stock and a sample load tag as part of their response. Responses must be submitted through the COMMBUYS procurement system by the stated deadline.

The RFR does not provide details on pricing terms, set-asides, incumbents, funding requirements, or other financial information. The focus is on the technical and operational requirements for the thermal paper products to be used in the MSLC's lottery betting system.
